Do I need a diagnostic first?
Yes. The brief is built from your Snapshot, which is what makes it specific to your business.
Is it included in the modules?
Yes. Whenever a PathBuild™, PathOperate™ or PathOptimize™ build hands work to your own vendor, the brief is included.
What if I work with more than one vendor?
Each vendor or project gets its own brief, so everyone has a plan that fits their part of the work.
Will you manage my vendor?
No. The brief gives you and your vendor a shared plan. If you’d rather hand off the build itself, that’s what our modules are for.
